Thank you for choosing MyArtScribbles. Every art print, journal, and creative companion is created and packaged with care from our studio to ensure it arrives safely at your doorstep.

1. Processing & Dispatch Times

Because many of our art pieces and original guides are produced or prepared in small, intentional batches, please allow time for your order to be carefully crafted and packed:

• Standard Processing Time: 2–4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

• Custom or Limited-Edition Prints: 5–7 business days (if applicable).

• Digital Products & Coaching: Access details or scheduling links are delivered instantly via email upon purchase.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your parcel leaves our studio.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your items arrive safely. Final shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

International Shipping

We love sending our creations across the globe! International transit times vary depending on destination and local postal workflows.

• Estimated Delivery Window: 10–18 business days.

• Customs, Duties & Taxes: International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. MyArtScribbles has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your courier tracking link and tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the courier system to update the tracking status after dispatch.

4. Address Changes & Correct Details

Please carefully review your shipping address and contact number before placing your order.

• Modifications: If you notice an error in your details, please email us immediately at [Insert Email Address] with your order number. Once a package has been dispatched, we are unable to alter the delivery address.

• Returned / Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to re-dispatch the order.

5. Items Damaged in Transit

We take great care in protective packaging to prevent damage during travel. However, if your order arrives damaged or compromised:
